Game Piece requests must be postmarked by 10/31/09 and received by 11/6/09. TO PLAY: Check your Game Piece to see if you are a potential instant winner. If your Game Piece reads “U R A WNR,” you are a potential instant winner, pending Game Piece verification and compliance with these full Official Rules. Each Game Piece will indicate the prize won (if any) and instructions on how to claim your prize. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must claim the prize on your behalf.

TO CLAIM INSTANT WIN PRIZE: SECOND PRIZE CLAIMS: Follow instructions on the Game Piece on how to claim your prize. GRAND PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential Grand Prize instant winner must initial the front of the Game Piece in ink and mail the entire original winning Game Piece (keep a photocopy for your records), along with his/her name, address and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" card (suggest certified or registered mail), return receipt requested to: Life Savers GMAR Instant Win Game, P.O. FIRST PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential First Prize instant winners must initial the front of the Game Piece in ink and mail the entire original winning Game Piece (keep a photocopy for your records), along with their name, address and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" card, by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested to: Life Savers GMAR Instant Win Game, Dept. #12327, P.O. Box 3013, Rogers, MN 55374-3013. Grand and First Prize claims must be received by 11/27/09, and will be verified at the end of the Promotion Period; Second Prizes must be claimed by 11/30/09. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Game Piece becomes property of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, postage-due or mutilated mail or Game Pieces. Prize claims are subject to verification by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Game. Game Piece will be automatically void and rejected if it is determined to be mechanically reproduced, illegible, photocopied, forged, altered, counterfeited, mutilated, transferred, sold, exchanged or tampered with in any way; or if it contains printing, mechanical or other typographical errors; or if it is obtained through or outside of authorized channels; or if it does not contain Sponsor’s special security markings. Game Pieces containing printing or other errors may be replaced with another Game Piece at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize claims will be verified at the end of the Promotion Period. In the event of a printing error or the like that results in more winning Game Pieces than available prizes as set forth in these full Official Rules, a random drawing from all valid winning Game Pieces received will be held to award the number of prizes as stated in these full Official Rules. DO NOT SHOW OR GIVE ANY PRIZE WINNING OFFICIAL GAME PIECES TO ANY RETAIL PERSONNEL. RETAIL PERSONNEL ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VERIFY OR REDEEM CLAIMS FOR THESE PRIZES.

PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) new mobile phone (ARV $500.00) and phone service for life (make and model of mobile phone to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Phone service for life to be calculated as $75.00 per month/year for service for 60 years (ARV: $54,000.00). Both the phone and the service shall be awarded in the form of a check in the amount of $54,500.00. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $54,500.00.) Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning 1:7,574,714.

FIRST PRIZES (100): One hundred (100) First Prize winners will each receive a pay-as-you-go phone (ARV up to $50.00) and one (1) $100 prepaid phone card (make and model of pay-as-you-go phone to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). (Maximum ARV of each First Prize: $150.00.) (Maximum ARV of all First Prizes: $15,000.00.) Odds of winning 1:75,747.

SECOND PRIZES (5,000): Five thousand (5,000) Second Prize winners will each receive their choice of one of the following: one (1) free ringtone or one (1) free song that can be downloaded to a computer. Redemption of the ringtone is contingent on the prizewinner registering to download the prize and the prizewinner's handset being compatible with MediaTree technology. Prizewinners will be given a code on their winning Game Piece that will allow them to redeem a free polyphonic ringtone or free song download on www.LifeSaversChat.com. The prizewinner will have to register on the site. Registration is free, but prizewinners opting for the free ringtone must submit a make and model of their handset as well as the telephone carrier they use. Once it is confirmed that the winner's phone is Web enabled and can receive content directly from MediaTree, he or she can "shop" and then enter the promo code. If the prizewinner's handset cannot support MediaTree technology, the ringtone will not be redeemable. Ringtones are subject to standard text messaging rates and carrier charges. (ARV of each Second Prize: $1.01.) (ARV of all Second Prizes: $5,050.00.) Odds of winning 1:1,515.

Any prizes won will be awarded at the end of the Game and following winner validation. The Grand and First Prize winners will be notified at the mailing address given by entrant. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery of prizes. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No cash alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes shall be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, with respect to any prize or any part thereof. Any differences between stated approximate retail value and actual value of a Game prize will not be awarded. Unawarded or Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $74,550.00.

Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a Travel Release. If any winner is an eligible participant but a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent/legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation. Potential First Prize winners will each be required to complete an Address Confirmation Letter. Grand Prize and First Prize winners’ documents must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt or the potential prizewinner will be disqualified. Valid taxpayer ID or Social Security number may be required from winner or parent or legal guardian when redeeming a prize. A 1099 form may be issued to any winner or parent/legal guardian who receives prizes totaling $600 or more. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his or her name, photograph, voice recording and likeness for publicity and advertising purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Game, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Game; (b) printing or typographical errors; (c) errors in the administration of the Game or the processing of entries; (d) late, lost or undeliverable mail, e-mail or shipments; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Game, or receipt or use of a prize.

GENERAL: If for any reason this Game is not capable of running as planned; or if this Game becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Game and/or processing of entries in accordance with these full Official Rules for any reason; or if tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Game, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Game, or any portion thereof, without obligation. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage, interfere with, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Game is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these full Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
